Returns and Replacements

Programs not previewed prior to purchase may not be returned; purchase-on-approval is not permitted by HSC.

Contact HSC for free replacement of defective diskettes any time over the life of the product. HSC will replace worn out or destroyed videotapes, CD-ROMs, or DVDs for $75 upon return of the defective copy.

Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
